“L'hotel offre camere piuttosto confortevoli e dotate di molti accessori, alcuni dei quali veramente apprezzabili come la zanzariera e il repellente automatico. La colazione lascia piuttosto a desiderare, specialmente riguardo la pulizia della sala dedicata. Lo staff alla reception e' piuttosto cortese, ma sopratutto l'addetto ai turisti (sig.Getcham) e' molto corretto e disponibile.”

“I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. “Disappointing that there was no wi-fi, it was loud (loud shop directly across from the hotel), and the room security seemed questionable. It had a great low price so a good place if you need a cheap place to stay with a great location - but not a place I would go to rest and get work done. ”
